How much does a home study for adoption cost? Adoptions Together, a program of Paths for Families, offers home study services for families in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Pricing varies for different services and circumstances.
Adoptions Together, a program of Paths for Families, can complete your adoption home study efficiently and affordably. Below is a description of our most common home study costs and fees. Please refer to the Fee Sheet for a more complete list.
Fees for services rendered are non-refundable. Families may incur additional fees from placing agencies, primary providers or third parties throughout the adoption process.
Application Fee:
Due at time of application approval.
- Domestic Adoption: $630
- International Adoption: $850
- Foster Care Adoption: $630
Case Management Fee:
Due at time of application approval.
- Domestic Adoption: $500

Technology Fee:
Due at time of application approval.
