Paths for Families is partnered with organizations throughout the region to build a more resilient, trauma-informed, and permanency-focused community. We provide in-depth training series that transform our partner organizations at every stage of operation. Our unique, customized modalities and curricula are responsive to the needs of our partners and those they serve. Hospital systems, Departments of Social Services, and other private and public agencies are providing their populations with services improved by work with Paths for Families.

Paths for Families works with child and family serving agencies and companies to identify training and coaching that would be most beneficial to you. Our training areas of expertise include trauma, attachment, understanding neurobiology, and creating a trauma-responsive framework to working with clients. Additionally, we provide training on creating a trauma-informed companies and organizations through organizational transformation.
