Kim R. Bivens
Staff Family Find Permanency Specialist
Kim R. Bivens is a Family Find Specialist for Paths for Families, although contracted with Baltimore City Department of Social Services. Kim was the Director of the Mediation Program at Paths for Families and later became the Coordinator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program at the Juvenile Court in Baltimore City. Previously, she was a Legal Assistant for Randall & Sonnier Attorney at Law advocating for children in the Child-Welfare System, a licensed Mediator/Facilitator, Director of the Peoples Law Program at the Community Law Center, Batterers Counselor at the House, and a lifelong advocate for families and youth in the foster care system.
