Jessica is an observant, high-energy, and affectionate child! She is fully potty-trained, says small phrases and sentences, and is learning to channel her energy into appropriate activities such as riding her bike, swinging on a swing, and bouncing on a trampoline. She also LOVES to swim!
Jessica needs a family that can devote their attention to her, as she lacks awareness of situations that place her at risk and requires 1:1 attention. Jessica is a special child who will make life a joy for the right family!
