Ben Litten, Director of Development Headshot

Call Ben at 301-422-5101

Ben is an inspired nonprofit leader with a knack for building relationships and making a positive difference in his community. He is incredibly excited to take on the role of Development Director at Paths for Families, and hopes to add value through intentional, meaningful, and mission-driven work. Before his position at Paths for Families, he served as the Director of Corporate Relations for Habitat for Humanity, where he raised over $1 million in a single year and loved connecting with people to create impactful partnerships. He also spent many years with the Boy Scouts of America, where he managed large districts, planned epic events, and ran summer camps that left lasting memories for scouts and staff alike.

When he’s not working, Ben enjoys the simple things in life—playing his guitar, exploring the woods, or hanging out with his two dogs. He’s always up for a good card game and loves spending time with friends and family. With a Psychology degree from UMBC and a love for nature and community, Ben brings heart and energy to everything he does, whether it’s building programs or just enjoying the outdoors.
