Elijah is a bright, competitive teen who thrives when he can channel his energy into his passions. This high schooler balances academics with his love for sports, especially basketball and football. A video game enthusiast who also enjoys television, Elijah dreams of one day becoming either a professional basketball player or truck driver.
Though initially reserved, Elijah opens up when comfortable, revealing a vibrant personality and desire to shine. His competitive spirit drives him to excel in anything that captures his interest. He attends a year-round school with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) to support his educational needs.
Elijah would flourish in a forever home with strong advocates who can provide structure, patience, and unconditional love. He’s excited about the possibility of joining a permanent family, and would do best either as an only child or as the youngest in the household. Despite facing challenges, Elijah remains hopeful about finding his forever family—one that will enjoy simple pleasures with him, like his favorite outings to Golden Corral.
