Today marks a significant moment for all of us as I step into the role of CEO.
Having been part of this incredible organization for years, first as a contract social worker and most recently as your Chief Program Officer, I am deeply honored to take on this new responsibility.
I am immensely grateful for the strong foundation laid by our founder, Janice, whom I have had the privilege of working alongside for the past two years. While I cannot fill her shoes, I am committed to honoring her legacy by continuing to grow and innovate on the solid framework she has established.
