National Adoption Month: Caring for Young People in Our Communities

There are currently approximately 114,000 children in foster care nationally, with 22% being teens. Unfortunately, many tend to age out of the system without a permanent resource. To address this gap in care, Lisa explains how we take an intentional approach to connecting children with supportive families.
