Healing Together Conference offers CEUs, open to anyone who lives or works locally.
Prince George’s County, MD. (June 25, 2024) – Nonprofit adoption and family well-being organization, Paths for Families, is proud to announce a free, community-centered event focused on advancing trauma-informed care in Prince George’s County. The Healing Together Conference will take place from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
This single-day conference is part of the Transforming Prince George’s County Through Trauma-Informed Care training initiative by Paths for Families designed to bring trauma-informed training to agencies serving families and children in Prince George’s County. At the event, local and national experts will come together to discuss and celebrate the ongoing efforts to create a trauma-responsive network of care, interspersed with networking and guided movement sessions. Participants who attend the full day will earn 4.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

“Our goal with the Healing Together Conference is to help foster a deeper understanding and commitment to trauma-informed care within our community, continuing the vital conversation on how we can collectively support healing and well-being of individuals and families in Prince George’s County and Maryland as a whole,” said Paths for Families CEO Lisa Dominguez.
