This strategic addition to the Senior Leadership Team is poised to drive philanthropic growth and amplify the organization’s impact.

With over a decade of nonprofit expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and relationship-building, Ben brings a proven track record of success from esteemed organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Boy Scouts of America. Ben’s expertise in securing grants, driving philanthropic initiatives, and building a culture of philanthropy is well-aligned with the mission of Paths for Families.

Ben will spearhead initiatives focused on cultivating a philanthropic culture that upholds the organization’s values and advances its impact on children, families, and the adoption and family well-being landscape.
