If you are dissatisfied with the services you receive at Paths for Families, review details about our Compliant Policy below.

At Paths for Families, we welcome your feedback about how we can improve the quality of the services we provide. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services provided to you, please take the following steps:

  1. We encourage you to speak openly and honestly with our staff if you have any concerns about working with us.
  2. If the staff member with whom you are working does not adequately address your concerns, please speak to his or her supervisor.
  3. If your concerns are not resolved, please bring your concerns and suggestions for improvement to Lisa Dominguez, CEO of Paths for Families. Send Lisa an email or contact her at 301-439-2900.
  4. If you are dissatisfied with how your concerns are addressed by our staff or CEO, you can file a formal complaint with the Paths for Families Quality Assurance Committee. Your formal complaint will be promptly investigated, and you will receive a written response within thirty (30) days. If your complaint involves allegations of fraud, the investigation will be expedited, and you will receive a written response within seven (7) days.
