At Paths for Families, we welcome your feedback about how we can improve the quality of the services we provide. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services provided to you, please take the following steps:

  1. We encourage you to speak openly and honestly with our staff if you have any concerns about working with us.
  2. If the staff member with whom you are working does not adequately address your concerns, please speak to his or her supervisor.
  3. If your concerns are not resolved, please bring your concerns and suggestions for improvement to Janice Goldwater, Founder & CEO of Paths for Families. Send Janice an email or contact her at 301-439-2900.
  4. If you are dissatisfied with how your concerns are addressed by our staff or CEO, you can file a formal complaint with the Paths for Families Quality Assurance Committee. Your formal complaint will be promptly investigated, and you will receive a written response within thirty (30) days. If your complaint involves allegations of fraud, the investigation will be expedited, and you will receive a written response within seven (7) days.

Additional Options: If you are not satisfied with the response of the Quality Assurance Committee, you can seek redress in all or any of the following ways:
