Heart Gallery Siblings, Faith and Hope

Born in 2007 Sibling Group

Due to previous circumstances, sisters Faith and Hope have lived separately for many years. They did reside in the same facility in 2022, but only lived together for five months before a foster placement became available for Hope. They could potentially live together in the right environment with patient caregivers.

Faith

Faith is a talented naturalist and loves being outdoors. She hopes to become a veterinarian one day and is passionate about caring for animals. Like her sister, Hope, she has a lot of expertise about caring for plants. She does very well in school, is artistic, and often uses arts & crafts as a coping strategy.

The adults in faith’s life describe her as very passionate, considerate, creative, smart, and funny. She is excited about the possibility of a forever home and would love to find an adoptive family.

Hope

Hope is a gifted naturalist who loves the outdoors. Like her sister, Faith, she has a lot of expertise around caring for plants and is passionate about caring for animals. Her extensive collection of plants is a sight to behold. Hope has an IEP and functions around a third-grade level, but does well in school when she is provided with the correct support system.

Hope is a lovable child who is very caring, creative, and funny. She is excited to be adopted and is searching for her forever family. Having family pets would be an added bonus!
