Quaran has a number of medical conditions that require special attention, including a traumatic brain injury that has impacted his ability to interact with the world around him. This precious boy is non-verbal and cannot move without assistance from others, and needs a family that is able to help him thrive despite his early childhood trauma. Quaran would do well in a family with experience working with children or adults with intense medical needs, who is willing to love and care for him throughout his entire life.
