Briana Green is the Deputy Director at Paths for Families. She has over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience in operations and administration and has provided direct support services to families in mission-driven, community-centered organizations.
In her role at Paths for Families, she oversees the business operations of the organization, including the Operations, HR, and Finance departments. Briana collaborates with the Executive Director in developing and implementing organizational strategies. She is passionate about ensuring cross-departmental cohesion, strong internal controls, and overall mission-driven success.
Briana has a Juris Doctorate from Howard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College. In her spare time she enjoys listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, and spending time with her two daughters.
