Isabel Frey

Isabel Frey is a marketing and communications professional currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator in the construction and home services industry, where she takes on lead management, brand strategy, and campaign execution. Her work focuses on growing brand visibility, managing high level marketing initiatives and translating business goals into data-informed, customer-focused messaging. She brings experience across content strategy, social media marketing and paid and organic campaigns, with a strong foundation in both corporate and mission driven environments.

Prior to her current role, Isabel worked in communications and outreach for nonprofits serving foster youth and under-resourced communities, helping expand program awareness, increase community engagement and support youth centered initiatives through storytelling, partnerships, and digital outreach. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Howard University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from UPF Barcelona School of Management.

As an adoptee, Isabel has a deeply personal connection to the mission of supporting children and families. She is passionate about ethical, family-centered services and programs that uplift youth, strengthen families, and ensure children have access to stability, belonging, and opportunity.

Outside of her professional work, Isabel lives in Maryland and enjoys wellness, visual design, and exploring fashion and culture. She has traveled to over 20 countries and hopes to continue seeing as much of the world as possible, shaping her global perspective and appreciation for diverse families, communities, and stories.
