Our Founder & CEO, Janice, has been with Paths for Families since she founded the agency in 1990. A Masters level social worker by training, community advocate, and a passionate lifelong learner, Janice’s personal mission is to enhance human connection through fostering understanding.
Janice’s leadership, vision, and direction guide the future of Paths for Families in our community. With more than 40 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, and nonprofit management paired with the experience of raising 4 children (who joined her family through birth and adoption) into adulthood, she is uniquely qualified to lead the organization.
Janice loves the outdoors, particularly taking long walks with her 3 dogs and spending time with family, friends, and colleagues around the country.
