Jim Lee was first introduced to Paths for Families at their golf fundraising event, Swing Into Action for Kids, at Turf Valley Golf Resort in 2017. After the tournament, he met their founder Janice Goldwater who explained their mission to find loving homes for babies and children who were not as fortunate in circumstance as others.
At the time, the more he learned about the profound impact the agency had on children and families the more inspired he became. Hearing about the number of children who had been served and seeing the outcomes of the work motivated his action and involvement.
Jim is married to Celeste and has two adult children. He started his career at Smith Barney in Washington, DC and now works at Merrill Lynch. He was born in South Korea, spent his early years in Uganda, and went to high school in Ohio. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
