With a background in education-focused nonprofits, he has secured and managed more than $1 million in grant funding and helped raise $1.3 million in grants in a single year to support student success initiatives in Washington, DC.
JT champions servant leadership and community-centered business practices, helping organizations embed service and social impact into their work. Throughout his career, he has strengthened educational opportunities, expanded community engagement, and increased access to meaningful learning experiences.
