Larry Womack

Larry Womack is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of experience in customer success, software services, organizational change management, and technology implementation. He has also dedicated his career to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), bringing a unique lens of inclusive leadership to every role he serves. In his role as an Implementation Manager at Amazon Business, Larry partners with local, state, federal, and nonprofit organizations to optimize procurement processes, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive operational efficiency. His work enables organizations to scale impact and reduce costs, ultimately helping them direct resources toward their mission.

Larry’s expertise includes executive DEI coaching, strategic advisory, and data-driven implementation of best practices that foster inclusive and accessible cultures. He has served organizations across industries, from early-stage startups to Big 4 consulting firms and enterprise technology companies, with a consistent focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and people strategy.

Originally from a military family and a graduate of the University of Virginia, Larry is deeply involved in the Washington, DC community. He served on the board of Out in Tech DC for three years, where he helped relaunch community programming and supported the growth of LGBTQ+ technologists in the region. He remains committed to supporting underrepresented and underserved communities both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Larry enjoys long walks and runs with his rescue dog, Niko, and traveling the world, with a particular passion for exploring many of the world’s most renowned art museums. A passionate fan of the arts, he frequently attends live music and theater performances and is also an avid comic-book enthusiast.
