Pam is currently the Director of Placement Services, overseeing the domestic infant and foster care adoption programs as well as the home study program. Pam possess nearly 25 years experience as a social worker, earning a Bachelor of Social Work from LaSalle University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore. While Pam worked in child welfare and schools with other agencies, she has consistently worked for Paths for Families since 1998 in the areas of home study, birth parent counseling, training, parent coaching, and foster care adoption. Pam’s career has focused on creating permanency for children and advocating for the needs of children and families at all stages of their adoption journey. In her spare time, Pam enjoys reading, puzzling, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Dan, and her two daughters, Meg and Katie.
