Wing joins Paths for Families with nearly 10 years of experience working across various levels of community-based health care, primarily offering education, resources, and direct service to socially marginalized and ethnically and culturally diverse communities. Her heart-centered work is on de-stigmatizing mental health in BIPOC communities, and advocating for and providing accessible wellness services centered around Indigenous healing modalities. Since receiving her MPH and MSW at Tulane University, she has completed certifications in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method and Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies, and is currently completing a 200 hour yoga teacher certification through the Accessible Yoga School.
In her spacious time, Wing enjoys communing with nature, writing, practicing different languages, rooting in community, and Latin dancing.
