As Chief Operating Officer, Audra is a strategic leader passionate about building a strong operational foundation for Paths for Families’ mission-driven work. Audra leads a team managing IT, HR, marketing, and facilities, and collaborates with executive leadership to develop and achieve organizational goals while providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems. Her expertise in identifying and implementing innovative solutions streamlines processes and empowers staff to focus on what matters most – achieving the organization’s mission.
Audra holds a bachelor’s degree in health science and an MBA, and boasts a diverse skillset encompassing project management, SaaS application administration, digital marketing, data security, and more. Outside of work, Audra enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, camping, listening to live music, and spending time with her family.
