As CFO of Paths for Families, Tiffani is a passionate business leader ensuring the organization’s financial health and long-term sustainability. Tiffani oversees a team responsible for all aspects of financial management and strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, fiscal compliance, payroll, and grants management.
With over 20 years of hands-on financial and operational experience, she has worked extensively in the private and nonprofit sectors and brings diverse experience and endless enthusiasm to her role as CFO. A meticulous and results-oriented leader, Tiffani fosters a culture of fiscal responsibility and ensures every dollar supports Paths for Families’ mission.
Tiffani received her bachelor’s from North Carolina Central University in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing and her Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus, formerly University of Maryland University College.
Tiffani enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading good mysteries, cooking, baking, traveling, and all things music.
